Refund Policy

At Cute Dreamy Store, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

We honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery email from us due to issues with your email provider or your own mail server, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted via the Contact Us form within 7 days from the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
  • Download and unzipping issues: If you experience problems downloading or unzipping the product, please contact our technical support department. If you do not contact us properly during this period, we will assume the product was successfully downloaded, and no further claims for a “download issue” will be accepted. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund denial.
  • Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a deficiency is confirmed and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the initial complaint or any other notification provided by the customer, a full refund will be issued without any additional compensation or reimbursement. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a replacement product of the same or similar value.
  • Product not as described: These issues should be reported within 7 days from the purchase date. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints based solely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

    Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and do not honor any refund/return/exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our products with third-party software (add-ons, plug-ins, modules, search engines, scripts, etc.) other than those specified as compatible in the product description available on each product's preview page. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software and do not provide support for third-party applications.

    Refund requests are accepted via the Contact Form within 7 days after the order is placed. Please include detailed and grounded reasons for your refund request. Ensure your request does not contradict our Policies. A refund will be issued upon receipt of a signed Waiver of Copyright.

    Exchanges
